Tips for Healthy way to Loss Weight

Weight loss should be gradual to minimize the tendency to get sick. A diet follows the principle of eating a variety of foods with the essential nutrients but with the goal of effecting weight loss. The diet is low in calories, low in fat but high in complex carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrates are fiber rich foods such as veges, fruits and whole grains.

Tips of Having a Reducing Diet:
1. Avoid sweets, cakes especially those with icing, ice cream, sweet desserts, candies, pies, and chocolates. Choose low calorie foods.
2. When eating egg yolks, do it 3 maximum per week.
3. Reduce salty foods that encourage more rice consumption
4. Avoid fatty meat, eat less fat.
5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day between meals.
6. Avoid tea, coffee and alcohol. These are high in calorie beverages.
7. Avoid milk shakes, chocolate shakes, soft drinks, sweetened juices.
8. Increase fiber intake, this will make you feel full without gaining too much calories. It also helps to control weight. Eat more leafy vegetables, whole grains, and fruits will be more help of having healthy weight loss.
9. Choose legumes, fish, poultry, and veal which contain less fat and cholesterol than pork and beef.
10. Avoid butter and fattening sauces, cook foods plainly.
11. Diet does not mean you have to starving your self. Eat regularly, never skip meal especially breakfast.
12. Avoid in between meals, drink water instead.
13. Eat a good breakfast and lunch but have a light supper.
14. Exercise regularly is a big help when reducing weight.
15. Keep a record of your wait to determine how many weight you already loss.
