Nutrition for the Children

By nature, children are easily bored, even when it comes to food. Presenting your child with foods of different textures, tastes, and colors will make mealtime exciting and fun. Your child's appetite will be stimulated. He will be enticed to eat foods with the nutrients and food energy he needs for growth and everyday activity.
Carbohydrate - It should be child's main source of energy or calories
Protein - Found in milk, protein helps release energy and builds muscle tissues.
It's long chains of amino acids are the building blocks of every cell, which are essential for growth and maintenance.
Fat - is another important source of energy or calories for a child's rapid growth, learning and play. Two fatty acids are essential for growth and brain development; linoleic (Omega 6) and alpha linolenic acid (Omega 3). Because the body cannot make these acids, it must come from the food we eat. Children also need some fat from food to help their bodies use vitamins A, D, E and K.
DHA - DocosaHexanoic Acid is the most abundant fat in the brain and is crucial to the optimal development of both brain and eyes.
Fiber - it helps the kids of having a healthy and clean digestive system.
