How to manage Stress?
Most of us experienced stress due to our modern lifestyle. Stress can weakenour immune system and may result of getting cancer. To boost our immunity is to maintain a balance in our system. The proper balance in our body is a vital factorin our health and wellness. And the proper way to maintain that balance is through good nutrition and right diet.

Now, how to manage stress?

2.) Good Exercise – these will help us to strengthen our muscles, make us physically fit, improves mental health, improved our physical skills, promotes positive energy, promotes mental alertness, prevent depression, boost our immune system that help us to keep away from killer diseases  Exercise can really do many good things to our body to fight free radicals.
3.) Proper Diet – this is the foundation of having a good health. Healthy eating also can give us more energy, reduces of chances on getting diseases and improve mental function. Proper diet will lead us to a healthy life and healthy looking.
